IXYS 10M45 chip CCS

Anyone know a supplier of these devices in the UK...?

R.S. Components dont seem to list it, and Maplin as usual are worse than useless!

I believe Digi-Key will ship over the water, but the postage would probably be fairly ruinous.

They will. I order from them a few times a year. Far less expensive than RS or Farnell in Australia even when factoring in the shipping if you place a largish order. Mouser is good too.

Hi ,
BSP135 is a depletion device available from Farnell . Not quite as meaty at 1.7W Pdiss but available . It's an SMD device but thankfully is the larger SOT-223 package which fits on stripboard . Ideally what we need is a group purchase of DN2540 devices
