S11E12 / 12E1: best operating point ?

I want to make a PP pentode amp (regulated screen supply 290 volt). B+ somewhere between 350 en 400 volt. Is there any sweet spot ?

I have some of those monsters I played with in SE.

Anything above 300V plate. I find they aren't a low B+, highish current tube at all for sound.
