Hi All..
I want realize a push pull drived by a 6j5 ...transformer coupled.. How to choose the best primary impedance? The secondary will drive directly the grids of the 6v6.. I'm in trouble how to calculate the impedance on primary. Can anyone help me? Thanks, MAurizio |

Important is the primary inductance in relation to plate resistance of the tube (for the bass rollof), I calculate >10 Henrys for 1 kOhm of plate resistance (for the 6J5 more than 70 Henrys).
