Gold Lion KT88 Reissues
While searching for a matched pair of KT88's for a vintage Marshall guitar amp, i saw these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=270061632572 Interesting idea, but has anyone tried these or have any comments on these tubes? They are new reissues, made in Russia, but supposedly to exact Gold Lion Specs. I don't expect them to be as good as the originals, but are they close? The seller claims limited production now, expects more to be avaialable next year. |
