Hey All,
Tripped across a Japanese page with quite a few useful curves: http://ayumi.cava.jp/audio/appendix/node11.html |

I can't understand if they are SPICE models (and if so, how can I use them?) or just measured curves

Some seem to differ from Tom's results, but some of the others I'm familiar with are bang on. Manufacturer variation?

Hi all,
Great data, but be carefull some of them are obviously wrong ! look at ECC86 space charge tube (Vg max around 24V) here Vgmax=250V , surely ECC84 curves seem to fit more to ECC86 tube than ECC84! Be carefull ! What about spice 3F4 integration of the data ? Regards
