Need info on RCA 813 used in Tube Amp

Hi,

I have access to a couple of RCA 813 tubes, and was wondering if they can be put tyo good use as Audio Power Amp tubes ?

Any pointers to circuit diagrams, and feedback on how this tube sounds, would be Greatly apppreciated.

I'm developing an 813 SE with SS rectification, chokeless PSU.
The 813 as i've heard is rather a smooth nuetral sound..in my configuration about 45 WPC. The 813 is easily driven..easier than a 300B. The wildcard is doing the power supply..mine, 900 VDC.

steve bench has a matrix amp design on his page using 2 813's that according to him will output 66wpc!!!
