I'd like to know if any of you have experimented with Russian made G-807 tetrodes and if so what you thought of them (especially compared to US 807's).
Are they worth getting? Thanks,

Hi,
I don´t know about "G-807", but all the Aerix 807 and Siemens QE06/40 I have (and use) were actually made in Russia (Cyrilic lettering on micas), although in two different factories (or on two different lines). So, at least for about '60s Russian production I don´t worry the least, since Siemens obviously didn´t either. Tom
