Default Ra-a??

I'm confused, as usual. If you have a tube sheet that says in class A single ended the transformer primary impedence is 2000 ohms.
A: what load impedence is required for Push pull class A
B: what load impedence is required for Push pull class AB1 ?
I assume in PP class A the power output is double that of SE. I know in AB1 it is a lot more involved.
