Joel,

Trace the signal path back from the feedback loop at the outputstage.

If you don't see the light then maybe a reread of the DHB is in order.

Thanks for the insult frank. If I understood the circuit I wouldn't have asked the question. But I don't feel bad, because I don't think anyone else here can explain exactly how the three feedback circuits at the bottom work, including you.
