Has anybody out there bought tubes from Audio Shop Eifl Corporation and what where they like to deal with?

I bought the Nobu Shishido book from them with a credit card. It was all done via email and the book arrived just fine in the states. They should be alright to deal with. Have you ever met a japanese person who is not polite

Thanks for reply I usually try to buy here in australia and haven't really bought any thing overseas but the valves I want are a bit unusual and I'm probably a bit over cautious by nature but many thanks any way.

I did a lot of business (> $3000) with EIFL around 1999 - 2000, can recommend them heartily. Very good customer service.
