Default Socket Mounting Rings

Does anyone know where I can buy just the mounting rings for 9 and 8 pin sockets? I have a bunch of tube sockets with no rings.

The phenolic or ceramic sockets? I have some spares for the former.

I am bumping this thread in case someone has an idea where to get 9 pin socket rings. I need about 8 and it seems a shame to buy 8 sockets just to throw them out and keep the rings.

Barring that, anyone have a favorite place to get really cheap sockets (obviously with rings)?
