Default ARC reference II schematic

Is there any one can help me to get the ARC reference II schematic ( Includin the standrad and MKII )?

The closest you can get is most likely the LS25:

Cmos switch and serial bus digital volume control ics, all I can say is ugh..

Note that the DG409 is an analog cmos switch and is not used for balance, this just selects which wiper tap is used on the cascaded attenuator circuit. (High gain/low gain) Balance is performed by loading differing codes into the left and right high/low attenuators ics to offset the gain one against the other. Clever yes, tube purist friendly - NO!
