Are there any Australian Manufacturers of Audio gear, especially guitar amps? any help at all would be greatfull.

Also do a web search for Valve Electronics which should lead you to Andrew Kay. Andrew has done a lot of guitar amps, studio equipment etc. There is also a dodgy guy in Adelaide (where I'm from) who runs a dodgy buisiness making dodgy copies of a well know US brand to dodgy safety standards.
