Well, sorta...
There are several versions especially of 9-pin PCB sockets.
Here is what I use:
9-pin: 0.413" radius pin circle, 36 degrees between pins (or, a radial array of 10 pins with one missing). 0.076" hole diameter, 0.15" pad diameter
Octal: 0.500" radius pin circle, 45 degrees between pins (or, a radial array of 8 pins with none missing), 0.100" hole diameter, 0.25" pad diameter
These seem to work with most of the sockets out there. The 9-pins vary by a mm or so but usually can be persuaded to fit this PCB pattern.
Be careful about pin numbers (numbered counterclockwise from the top (socket side) of the PCB).

I'm not sure how accurate these drawings are - but this Headwize design has some Express PCB designs with 9-pin sockets. This should at least point you in the right direction.
