Well, sorta...

There are several versions especially of 9-pin PCB sockets.

Here is what I use:

9-pin: 0.413" radius pin circle, 36 degrees between pins (or, a radial array of 10 pins with one missing). 0.076" hole diameter, 0.15" pad diameter

Octal: 0.500" radius pin circle, 45 degrees between pins (or, a radial array of 8 pins with none missing), 0.100" hole diameter, 0.25" pad diameter

These seem to work with most of the sockets out there. The 9-pins vary by a mm or so but usually can be persuaded to fit this PCB pattern.

Be careful about pin numbers (numbered counterclockwise from the top (socket side) of the PCB).
