Hi,
Can anyone help with the 'ra' of a 6V6 in triode mode please? Approx. 150v anode to cathode. Thanks |

Hello Nafunga,
Ra depends on anode current and voltage. You can find a datasheet at "Frank's Electron tube Pages". General Electric 6V6GTA datasheet: Find the plate curves for triode operation. Estimate Ra = du/di at your operating point. At 150V, 60mA approximately 2000 Ohm, At 150V, 10mA maybe 3 or 4000 Ohm. Cheers! Kees |
