Default Quick identification question

Hi there everybody....having rid myself of some dubious Chinese equipment, I have acquired from a guy down my road, a pair of monoblocks apparently based around a Lumley design. See the pics:

I know I shouldnt have it all stacked like that but im a bit short on space at the mo. But could anyone tell me what the valves are? The power valves are about 50% bigger than EL34's and apparently the amps give 70W. The output transformers are fairly hefty. Apologies for the bad interior pics. Any ideas what the design may be?

Thanks in advance,
Stuart.

The logo does look like Sovtek. All of the Sovtek 6550's that I own have metal bases. I don't know if Sovtek ever made them, but the tubes look like 8417's.
