Regulated PSU with EL84

Hello

I am working on a preamp and I need a regulated PSU based on tubes. I have some cheap chinese EL84 i want to use in the PSU.
Does any have a schematic I can use?

Have a look at this.

Fixed voltage is easier to do, of course.
