Default The tube x-over DOES work, but....

For those who have responded to my problems with the tube x-over, and anyone else: I tried a simple experiment. Since I was so damn sure I'd wired eveything right, I tried a different pre-amp/amp combo. Very low-tech: I ran my CD output into the x-o and the x-o into my TV's audio input, and voila! It works just fine. So, by process of elimination, the problem seems to be that the x-o doesn't "like" my pre-amp, amp, both, or it may need some kind of isolation. Any thoughts? The amp is an Acurus A150 and the pre-amp is a Melos MA111A (tube).

Thanks in advance.

Default Duh, apologies

Okay, the problem, after all, seems to be I had the RCA's on the x-o too close and possibly shorting. Duh! Sorry to flood the forum with my problems.
