Lightbulb eagle with tubes ?

i'm having trouble with geting tube parts for my eagle software...
i found in DIYaudio one thing that helps BUT
i can get it to work... i just dont understand...
here it is:

There is a pre-made tube library for eagle on their web site. Go to www.cadsoftusa.com then select download, then select libraries, and go down to tubes.lbr Ckeck to make your sockets actually fit before making a circuit board. There are two sizes (pin spacings) for octal sockets.
