There are any sub-mini valve like 6021 make today?

I don't think anyone is making submini tubes any longer, but there are still quite a few NOS ones banging around, although they aren't necessarily cheap.
I use 6021 in some of my designs along with 5744 and others. They tend to have higher transconductance and lower rp than many similar audio types, which makes them quite useful in low noise applications like phono stages. There are also some Russian types that are reputed to be very good, so have not been able to get my hands on any. (# escapes me at the moment.)

There's plenty of Russian equivalents floating around. Check eBay.
