I picked up a Philips AG-9016 integrated amplifier and want to convert the silly 5 pin cinch inputs to rca's. I have the schematic, but can't make sense of the wiring. Anyone here that can tip me in the right direction?
Here's a link to a photo and a schematic of the amp. link from forum |

This is an old thread but I figured I'd bump it since I'm looking for the same info. I'm very green to this so any help is greatly appreciated.

You may start by removing the stereo-mono switch, and the wiring and resistors associated with the tape-out. Then you are left with 3 pairs of shielded wires to the input selector which should be easy to follow.
Turn on the amp with speakers connected, and use your finger as a [hum] signal generator. This make it easy to sort out the input wires. Svein. |
