I've know of shinrock, tribute, electro-something and handwound (still can't find their website so it would be nice if someone would tell me).
Are there others? Thank you for the help |

Sowter does custom work. At the lower price end, so does Edcor.
You might search the forum about Handwound before sending them any money.

If you do find Handwound please let us know where... I have an air ticket and a baseball bat ready just for them....
Sowter's service is great and I hear good things about AE in Holland |

Antrim, but they're in Ireland so shipping will cost a lot of ca$h if you're in the States or Australia.

They do custom work and I know of a few people in Australia that have used them. Actually they don't have any stock lines... I haven't used them myself so can't vouch for their quality. I believe they are reasonably priced and they are local for you. Please let us know here if you do use them. |
