Need advice for best CCS

My next project would be to speed up my
tube preamp.

-6sn7 bias=5ma with C4S ccs from bottlehead
give very good sound fc ~= 100khz
-but Mr Gary Pimm do some very interesting irf820 ccs

but to speed up to maybe 200khz what is the best
low shunt capacitance ccs and what is your sound
test on Mr Pimm low zout mu-follower output
