Cool ETF06 - A century of good sound

We've had Denmark (Arhus) 1998-2001 and Germany (Lagenargen) 2002-2005.

This year the seventh (!) European Triode Festival will be held in Holland.

We have found a place that we think is perfect for the festival: The Beukenhof in Biezenmortel (http://www.beukenhof.nl/ the site is in Dutch).

The Beukenhof is a former monastry and has all the facilities we're looking for (including a chapel for those who want to get married during the festival).

ETF06 will be held from thursday november 30 to sunday december 3.

As in the previous years all kinds of crazy tube lovers from all over the world will spend 3 days mostly talking, listening and -probably- drinking.

There will be lectures, workshops, shootouts, a special guest and lots of other stuff (yes, there will be an auction .. bring lots of gear).

This year the festival will be special because in 2006 the triode is having its 100 year anniversary (thanks to our main man Lee DeForest).

You can be certain that we'll make it a memorable birthday!

We can handle about 80 participants and SO's (significant others: wife, husband, girlfriend, boyfriend, weekend lover, etc.) in single and double rooms.

The price per person for a double room is EUR 235 and for a single room EUR 265. This price includes dinner on thursday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on friday and saturday, brunch on sunday, coffee and tea during the festival as well as a special ETF06 surprise item.

As before, previous participants have had a first chance to enter. Now the festival is open for everyone else on a first come, first serve basis.
Be very, very quick, as there are only a few spots left ...

In order to enter the festival, send a mail to emilesprenger_AT_euronet_DOT_nl with the subject 'ETF06 reservation'.

Please tell us if you want a single or double room and if you're taking a SO along.

We'll confirm your reservation ASAP and inform you of payment details. The reservation is final after we receive your payment.

If you don't get a confirmation by June 1, your mail may have been caught in the spamfilter. In that case, try sending a mail to Guido_AT_TentLabs_DOT_com

As we finalise the details and planning of the festival, we'll send out a mail with further information.

If you want more info on ETF06, search this and other tube forums, try google and take a look at www.triodefestival.net but don't sent us mails asking what ETF06 is and why you should be there

Best regards,

Emile Sprenger & Guido Tent

ETF05 was unbelievable fun and I made some great friends while I was there. Learned a pile. If one can get in to this, it's highly worthwhile. The best weekend I've spent that didn't involve the risk of a social disease.
