Does anyone know where I can get capture/layout libraries for tubes and tube sockets?

For what software package?

As far as schematic symbols are concerned... using someone else's is fine. When it comes to PCB patterns, buy a socket, measure it, and make your own... best & safest way.

I forgot to mention OrCad 'Capture' & 'Layout', sorry.
For schematic (capture), who can be that someone else?

Eagle freeware - Cadsoft Website.

There are several "tube" libraries for Eagle, and its easy to make your own symbols/library parts etc.

I have written a pad generator for Eagle that generates the layouts for any tube: Soculator
