I aquired a Kepco power supply with 8068's -- of course 2 were missing. From what I can determine I can probably substitute some Eimac bottles with a lot of rewiring, etc. Anyone out there know the specs on these things. The usual suspects don't seem to have any data.

Hi Jack,

Don't you want to add the missing tubes or do you want to rebuild?

Here's a source for the 8068:

http://www.thetubestore.com/nos-8068.html

If i can find a specsheet I'll add it.

Cheers,

Hi,

I'll give my suppliers a call but apparently Kepco have a kit that uses FET's to replace the tubes.

Ciao,

Default Well

at $50 a pop I think that I can wire up either IRFBE30's or BUZ80A's in series more cheaply.
