The complete 6SN7 preamp

Hi all,

I have plan to built Frank's preampli. I have a question is How to built PSU. And already one tube 5Y3 and a choke 8H/113ma. I can make transformer. Could you help me some suggest for this.

I believe there is a thread of Franks 6SN7 line stage and on it you will find the power supply along with the rest of the schematic.

Can I use PSU as follow . And how about power supply for heater?

I don't think you want the pot in there. I would replace it with a suitable sized resistor.

I've been asked to show the power supply I'm using with my preamp design posted in the "tube preamp" discussion - so here is the circuit first:

is it possible to use two triode systems in parallel mode without separate resp. additional cathode resistors ?
My fear is the unequal distribution of the idle current resp. quiescent currents of both systems even in those case, where both triodes are in the same valve resp. glass unit.
