Nice schem!I'm planning to build sth similar.
What kind of speakers do you have?With this amp you have around 2-3W.Are you using fullrange drivers?

Yes, you're right. I'am using fullrange drivers ,Fostex fe166e .
But I considered the 2a3 SE amp unfit for the fe166e,because the rated input of the fe166e is 22W and the music power is 65w.

I have a 2a3 SET driving FE166E horns and they sound great!!! I rarely have the volume beyond the mid-position in my 20'x20' room.
