Im now ready to buy an amp.
Ive been talking about building one for a while, but now i have the money. I was going to buy a wad kit, but they went bust. Anyone know about glasshouse? This is a link to the diagram. http://www.hificollective.co.uk/kits...einst_icrt.pdf If not, can anyone recomend any other kits? |

The only thing that jumps out is that the filaments use a regulated supply which some people seem to think is not ideal. The audionote kit is in your price range, though it also uses regulated heaters. Other good options are the DRD amps from Welorne or perhaps something from Bottlehead.
