Default superalloy ( 78% nickel/2%cobalt) EI-66 with Furukawa ultimate wire.

hi,

spec is 5K:5K 25ma.

recently I collect some 80% supermalloy EI-66 lamination with 0.08mm thick from the remain stock of nippon steel crop. It contain two type of element ~78% nickel & 2% of cobalt.

I also order Furukawa "TEX-F" is coated with three insulation( ultra thin insulate layer) which prepare to call Daburu to OEM 5K:5K 25ma interstage transformers for tube amp.

This interstage will very good for use 6c45,417a,437a,3a/167m,5842, E180F ( triode connect) etc

5K:5K 25ma was working well of high gm tubes such as above were only a few examples. Tubes with internal plate resistances around 2,000 ohms or less will work well with this Interstage.

spec is 5K:5K 25ma.

size of the core was EI-66X40

Pls saw the spec of the new wire.

"TEX-F" is coated with three insulation layers which are of dedicated polyether sulfone (a super engineering plastic) and enhanced in high-frequency V-t performance.

Features

Temperature Index: F type (155°C)*1 under IEC 60172
Ultra-Thin Three fold Insulation (100µm)
Wide Size Choice of 0.2 to 1.0mm (diameter)
Fine High-Frequency V-t Performance

Due to the core only 38pcs.

It means only can produce 19 pair of this type IT.

I would like to try groups order for this IT.

Pls understand superalloy is very very expensive.

Hand over time will 1 month.

Furukawa wire was special order which was paralell 4 pcs of wire. in parallel form, Factory funish, not litz form to lower the loss of the HF & prevent skin effect.

Fubish look was hammer tone full enclose outlook.

Sample test in spec 26Hz~68Khz -1.5db.

Group price will USD 360 per pair.

19 pairs only because limited of the core only 38 pcs.

Postage include by EMS world wide.

Photos show the core.

thx
