Not much use for tube amps. If you could set up a tube to run at 5KV and 17mA the output impedance would be very high. The output transformer would be impossible.
Now the second one is a different story. I can see the 813's or 845's glowing already. Don't worry, I already have my power transformers, I need big OPT's and they don't show up on Ebay.
