Hello
First of all, sorry for my bad English. So I´m building an amp with this schematic http://www.bonavolta.ch/hobby/en/audio/kt88_1.htm and I have a question about connecting Hammond 1627SE OPT to that amp. Blue/yellow goes to pin 4, that I know... But shoul I put Red or Blue wire to pin 3? I´m building my first amp... Thanks a lot! |

From Hammond site: http://www.hammondmfg.com/1627.htm
Schematic & Hook Up Data: SE Schematic Notes: - RED wire connects to B+ - BLUE/YELLOW wire connects to screen (optional use) - BLUE wire connects to the tube plate - The 1642SE & 1638SEA do not include a primary screen tap (as they are designed for triode applications). Look up tube pin layout for your tube> Steve
