Output Transformer Background

I am looking for some background reading on output transformer, how to choose appropriate primary impedence, etc. Does anyone have any links?

Radiotron Designers Handbook 4th ed. Tough sledding at parts, but who says learning is easy?

For picking impedances and estimating power out, the RCA tube manual has a nice intro.
