Nice and cheep for beginners. Or for experienced who doesn't need (and doesn't like) high power in small room (like me) :)
And what's the second link for?

http://www.diyforums.org/millett.html

This is a link to the tube headphone/Pre amp details. I bought the PCB when a group buy was started over at www.headfi.com.

Here is a site with lots of info on the diamond buffers that are in the pre amp: http://www.diamondstar.de/dDB_overview.html

I will add some pics of both amps when on. All the tubes light up in red.

Slick! What did you use for the headphone amp's case? It looks very similar to the car phone RF amp I'm trying to shoehorn a Gainclone into.

The headphone amp case is a Hammond. http://www.hammondmfg.com/1455.htm

Edit: I asked a question in another thread but I have not heard a response. Its in regards to turning on the S-5 Electronics K-12M amp when nothing is connected. If you know why this should not be done, please post your answer in this thread: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=920326#post920326
