This is my SE EL84 swreeeet sounding amp.I have made it from scratch, used few designs for reference and made it unique:D.I still can not belive how easy it is listening music on this amp.I suppose there are better amps, but this is my first tube amp I listened entire cd on it...so if anyone is thinking(like me before:mad:))should I do it or not-do not waste your time.Go for it!
Here are few pics, but the rest build data like schematic, eagle sch and brd upon request.
Cheeeeeers!

What are those two tubes shining like bulbs, voltage reference ones?

Work in progress PP EL84 ... :D

I found a photo of the transformers of my production.
This is a more affordable option, due to the fact that the casing uses duralumin instead of copper. And the same with supermalloy cores. Silver wires in Teflon insulation manufactured according to standards for military use. Filling with elastic silicone resin in vacuum. At the bottom of the casing there is a screw-threaded hole for fixing the transformer. The transformers themselves are exactly the same as in the copper case, and sound exactly the same as in the copper case. But my customers want only in the copper case despite the high price. Probably it's mysticism. My friend in Hungary, Istvan Varga - the producer of dynamic heads (load speaker), has a similar story. His customers want load speaker on ALNICO magnets although the ferrite ones like him admitted to me to sound on his ear just as well.

New version of my Gubernator-71 got MOSFET voltage regulators for bias, G2, G3, and preamp voltages. Higher anode voltage, and MOSFET G1 drivers (source followers loaded on CCS). It was a shame getting 20W per channel only from tubes capable to dissipate 120W!
Also, I added a switch for convenience of bias setting
