And here is a pic of the inside:

It was made on a large aluminium guitar amp chassis, etch primed and sprayed with an automobile paint.

You know,

It does look good..I bet it draws a lot of attention..

Love the chicken knob..and the green makes it look like something from the military museum..It looks like a nice finish too!

Many thanks Steve for schematic. After I saw inside wiring(clean and clear) now its go up to top five Single End I ever seen.Look like a Mashall Guitar amp or somthing like that. I guess you have more than hundred ton of experiance of tube amp.I have worked with SS amp for 15 years, but valve world I'm still like a kid.I only made 3 tube line amp and buffer in last 8 year. Now I have Silvertone console single end reciever( 12ax7+el 84) need to fixing hum.I tried hard so many way (re-cap,star ground,re-wiring,but not rolling tube yet) Its working fine and sound very pleasure for my ear.Anyway hope to see your next project and learning from you.Have a good night.

Ditto, Edcor blue makes many projects look dull or worse...

Yes the power tranni is earthed but at this point nothing else. The power tranni is earth to the mains earth, once more nothing else connects to mains earth.

I don't like screw heads poking through the top plate. Tape works for me.

We have a Canadian folk hero of television show fame who is a DIY'er of a different class altogether. His name is Red Green and one of his favorite solutions to any problem is Duct Tape. Ol' Red would be proud of that amp!

If you don't wanna use screws, I like those self adhesive ty-wrap brackets.
