Even though we Swedes may appear slightly stupid from time to time, we occassionally come up with great stuff like the various amp and dac boxes from IKEA.
BUT, also Swedish H&M have a series of wooden boxes aimed for various HiFi-equipment. So when your miss or mrs ask you to hep her pick up a new Summer collection, remember that the X-over boxes are next no Summer frocks ...

Awesome! Thanks for the tip. Guess who is off to H&M. Not to get a bra for myself as my kids have suggested whenever I windowshop there. But to get amp supplies! But I guess your reply was tongue in cheek. Since our H&M's in the Netherlands don't have a H&M Home. Why not stupid Swedes? ;)

[EDIT] They actually do have H&M Home in the Netherlands...guess I'm the stupid one now.

If you are touring in Sweden, please come and I can take you up to our two pre-historic hills to compensate your your sub-position.

I simply feel I must fix photos instead of ranting and insulting people. Yesterday evening I was searching through my boxes in the basement and found 3 or 4 amplifiers, almost finished or finished but without a transfomer or two. Have to fix that!

Yes! I'm in that phase now. Accumulating stuff for years...now in a building and finishing off of projects phase.

And whenever you are in the Netherlands, you are welcome to visit...and I'll show you around the sub sea levels. :)

Bamboo Darling looks good sounds crap. Still have to troubleshoot. But last night I went to Ikea to get the feet.

Hey I got one of those! It is handier for large boards and computer cards than my Panavise (I still use that, but for smaller projects or for the more artistic awkward wiring) and has some pretty good clearance when I spin it around. Still haven't really used it for the different board thickness slots cut into the grips yet, but it might come in handy one day.

Mine cost $25.67 Canadian and free shipping (only took a month to get here and you have to wait for the 30% sale to get that price). PM me if you want the store name on AliEx.
