Bought it from eBay! It came in quite a state - cooked electrolytics on the circuit board and blown output stage (blown valves, cathode bypass capacitors and a single shared cathode resistor per channel )

As for the sound, it's very good indeed. Like a well mannered SS amp really but with some valve magic.

Cassiel: I like the photo but I don't like open frame OPTs and power trannies out in full view. I would rather see them cased from view. Looks like a push-pull EL34s.

Default "Paris" - 6EM7 Dual Mono 2W Integrated amp.

Finished and sound stunning. Used MKP X2 caps in the inter-satges but for cheapo capes I think they sound good. This amp has cleaner mids than my 3W 6AS7 SET but not as much bass weight. CD and TT plaug straight in with preamp built in. Saves one set of inter-connects. The preamp section will take any 12A?? - true plug and play.

Are these 15W Transcendar output transformers? And still aint good at with bass response? PS, nicely done.
