I am working on a CLCRC power supply for a line stage. Should I place bleeder resistors on each cap, or is there an optimal place to simply use one? Also, how does one figure the optimal resistor size?

I personally put a 390K on each cap in the PS. There are more intricate ways to do this, but for me this works fine...

With every a bleeder on every cap, should an open occur, all caps would have a bleeder.
