I have a quick question for those who can help out: Is the 6N6P a direct substitute for the 5687 in terms of pin layout and electrical parameters? Thanks |

No, pin out is different. Franks Tube Data .
Electrically they are not identical either but they are close enough as to not make any difference. James |
