Hi,
Will the Aikido circuit need the cathode resistors altered if you were to use 12AX7's and HT of 260V, If so is 1K1 The correct value for 1.1mA? Cheers Craig |

Quick answer:
"Will the Aikido circuit need the cathode resistors altered if you were to use 12AX7's and HT of 260V, " Yes (preferably). "If so is 1K1 The correct value for 1.1mA?" No. You would seem to require about 800 ohms. 820R is the closest E12 standard value, which will be fine. Morgan |
