I just bought a couple of identical valve PA amps for real cheap! They are 6V6 pp jobs, but I plan to build a dual-monoblock single ended 300B amp out of them. (I already have a 6v6 pp hifi!)

I have all the iron i need now except output transformers.

Anyone used Hammond 125ESE? These are some new ones they have brought out for SE amps, they are quite cheap but hopefully ok for a start?

Also, has anyone got a good schematic for a 300B amp? Or a place to buy 300B tubes (cheap ones!)

Heh its project time... :D
