Tube sockel wanted. (help where)
Hello
I got 2 pcs RS383 at EBAY last week. I want to build 2 SE amplifiers with them, BUT I need 2 sockets for them. The socklet type is RL12P35. Tube: RS383 link Regards Benny |

Hi ,
No idea about the sockets but you could always not use any . I suppose you could punch a hole in the chassis and clamp the base of the valve with a capacitor clamp then add connectors to the valve pins cheers 316a |

Would I be totally daft if I thought that that looked like a base from an 845 plus centre spigot? Could an extra wodgit be added - perhaps an anode connector to plug onto the centre spigot?
