I built this amp kit a few years ago. Kit quality was high and easy to assemble. It sounded fine too. I have sold the amp now to free money for a new project.

Have the factory wired joplin with sovtek 2a3's for 1 year now in stock form with the feedback loop disconnected driving a 88db custom made single driver loudspeaker sytem with excellent sound quality highly recommended, also search for TORFINN in this tube forum to find out his opinion and mods he made to the amp.
Have a look at my web site: http://torsound.tripod.com |

Opps forgot to mention I subbed the 6n7g for the 6a6, the 6n7 is an octal socket while the 6a6 is a 7 pin and maybe hard to find for some They are identical otherwise.

Yes, built this a few years ago. Great amp. Use it to drive an vintage Jensen Imperial which is a great match. Also have driven Klipsc forte's with absolutely lovely sound. Upgraded tthe caps and resistors. No HUM! enjoy this process.
