Yamamoto Sound Craft A-08 Amplifier
Hi all,
I am reading the article about Yamamoto Sound Craft A-08 45 SET amplifier here: http://www.6moons.com/audioreviews/yamamoto/a08_4.html Normally a 2 stage SE amplifier will have a low Rp tube for driver, and 717A penthode seems to have a few hundreds Kohm of Rp. Anyone of you listen to this SET amp before? how's the sound? Really don't know how to drive the 45 / 2A3 to sound best with that cute little 717A...... |
