So how hot are my tubes (6922) supposed to get? This preamp here:
http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showt...590#post601590 Right now they are hot but I can still touch them with my bare fingers for a few seconds. I am a little paranoid because on my LM317 heater supply I used 3 x 12 ohm resistors in parallel, which works out to a little more than the 300 mA in the tube specs. Is this OK?
