Preamp hum again
 

I did a long search on this and will try and redo my ground wires. I do have one question, the hum gets much worse if I move my hand closer to the output wires. Or if I put the metal top on the preamp that gets pretty close to the output wires. Is this a "classic" sign of something. I have never had this happen on any other project. The output wires are twisted but not shielded.
