The first is a FET, not a tube. The second sure looks like a 12AT7, though I wonder if the X got pulled out of context.

7025 is a selected version of 12AX7/ECC83, supposedly for lower noise. Looking at the schematic, the "X' in XECC81 is most likely spurious.
