Goto Kits then Audio and check out the integrated tube amp for $140. That with the Tang Band or some Fostex might make for an interesting combination. Atleast for a newb like me it seems interesting. |

Yes, it's a nice kit for the price. Several people have built it. If you do a search for "S5" or "K-502" or "K502" you'll find more information about it.
Another similar alternative though somewhat more expensive is the new Bottlehead S.E.X. kit. Also, FYI, John Broskie is currently running a series of articles discussing an OTL amp for 32-ohm computer speakers at: http://www.tubecad.com |
