Default feedback resistor

Hi, i need some help ! anybody have a good web site that told HOW TUBE AMP work... ?

Also where is the feedback resistor on this schematic.

The feedback resistor is the 10k resistor in the upper part of the schematic, in parallel with the 0,0001uF capacitor

Thanks.... it's true that if i remove the feedback resistor i will have more gain, more distortion ?

Yes, if you disconnect the feedback resistor, you'll get more gain and more distortion and probably more noise. You may also notice a "hump" in the frequency response, i.e. middle frequencies amplified more than bass and treble frequencies and also a lower damping factor, which might make the bass less clearly defined and a bit "boomy".
